OK but you may check the same the path for plugin and script folder ?
just open gimp and then enter in toolbox\file\preference\folder\plugin
i may be wrong thinking previous install may interfere with that
paths, but
for sure for some reason the path for the the script and plugin folder
in C:program files/gimp are sometimes missed in new install of gimp 2.4
(this on windows only)
And if so to fix is only needed to add the right paths
so could you check if that 2 paths are correct ?
