Whether the freprimand was appropriate or not, I learned something useful. Like some of the others, I've been doing e-mail for maybe 15 years, and groups for at least eight. Guess it's time to learn something new. I often use the "reply" function to start a new e-mail when I don't have the person in my address book. Until recently that hasn't mattered, but with threaded views available in Thunderbird and Gmail, it's likely to matter more.
