Eh... so could you ask him for more details? After all, it could be
that he indeed donates part of the money he makes to the GIMP project.
It doesn't necessarily have to be pure scam... Although, hmm, it does
seem likely. (But anyway, if he is bullshitting you and just keeping
the money, it's a matter between him, his customers, and eBay.)
