Cancel that. I now have
gimp-2.4.0-rc3.tar.bz2</sites/ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v2.4/testing/gimp-2.4.0-rc3.tar.bz2>.
I can decompress this, but where do I put the contents, and then what?
