Thanks for the response to my inquiry. To be honest,  I removed some 
filters after I realized
that the vertical filter column would not show in its entirety unless I 
did remove some filters.
I apologize for not mentioning that in my first email. My guess is that 
there is no easy way
to load all of the desired filters and have them make a visible 
appearance in the filters menu tab.
