"Created with GIMP" is a user defineable variable, a translatable string, or hardcoded ?

When going to File -> New... -> (a dialog window opens) -> click
on + near Advanced options, there is an entry Comments: which is already
filled with "Created with GIMP".

I seached for this string in all .po files but I didn't found it.
I wanted to translate it. Is this string hardcoded ?
