I use the GIMP all the time and I love it! I'm not a real expert, but can do mostly what I like. I'm using Gimp 2.6 on Ubuntu. I open the GIMP, and I'm going along just fine, then all of a sudden I can't get the dialog box for a tool I'm using and I can't view the layers tool box. If I close everything and open GIMP again, it will work for a while. Anybody have this problem or have any help for me? Thanks.
