File->Save As
Specify a file name suffix of gbr (for static brush) or gih (for
animated brush).
Save to a directory specified in your brush directories
(File->Preferences->Folders->Brushes).
In the Brushes dialog, click on the Refresh button to update the list of
brushes to include your new brush.
