Hello. I'm a new GIMP user and a have a problem about the sample presented in the GIMP User's manual v1.0.0. It is the one with a bottle and a wet Unix label on it (2nd example in the 'GIMP around in 80 minutes' section). It uses a photo of waterdrops (desaturated) for the illusion of wet surface on a picture of mountains. It uses a mask to displace the background from the photo of waterdrops to create the illusion of water. My problem is that I don't understand how to create this mask. It is not clear in the manual how to do this. Could you advise another way for such an effect? I hope somebody understand what a want to say. Imre Steer
