Thanks! But now the rpm I downloaded put all the perl-gimp stuff in a directory that apparetnly is not in the @INC list that the gimp looks at (see error message below). So how do I add a directory to this @INC list that I just found out about today? Thanks again for your time! furnace wrote: > > On Wed, Sep 05, 2001 at 08:20:47PM -0400, Desmond Rivet wrote: > > theres a seperate rpm for gimp-perl > > > Hi all, > > > > My version of the GIMP actually works, so I guess there's no urgency > > here, but I'm still a little curious about something. > > > > I have Redhat7.1, and Gimp 1.2.1. when I start Gimp from the command > > line I get the following messages: > > > > <begin crap> > > > > Can't locate Gimp.pm in @INC (@INC contains: > > /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0 > > _______________________________________________ > > Gimp-user@lists.xcf.berkeley.edu > http://lists.xcf.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Desmond Rivet des_riv@sympatico.ca Programmer Wannabe Why can they never grasp the obvious?
