[Gimp-user] Script-Fu: what's a INT8ARRAY

I'm trying to call gimp-drawable-set-pixel but can't find any examples
in the scripts directory.  My script fails with a rather obtuse error,
so I'm not actually sure where the error is really coming from except
that it is definitely from gimp-drawable-set-pixel (commenting out
that line results in a script which does everything except fill in the
layer, but it works).

My call to gimp-drawable-set-pixel looks like this:

    (gimp-drawable-set-pixel new-layer i j 3 (list 200 200 200))

I've hardcoded the values trying to figure out what is going on.
new-layer is created earlier in the script.  i and j are the pixel
indices.  The layer is an RGB layer.
