Well Gimp users,

I haven't seen much going on the list lately and with a new version 
1.2.2 out, I thought there would be much chatter about.  I have not 
gotten my update yet as I am still new to the compiling process and a 
relatively new user of SuSE Linux.  I was waiting to see someone else 
using SuSE to run thru the steps of compiling and installing/updating 
their version.  ;-)

How is the new version?  Are there a lot of new things to play/work 
with now?  Bugs, problems, etc. what did you find?  Inquiring minds 
want to know, well at least one does.  :-)

Are there many here that use Gimp professionally?  What type of 
things are you doing with it and do you find it useful in productive, 
professional use?  Thanks for the help.
