> I want to be able to resize photo file size for email or posting to
> sites like craigslist. I was told to try gimp. What is the easiest
> way to use gimp to resize photos?
1. Open the image in gimp
2. Right click on the image
3. select the "Image" entry on the dialog box
4. select "Resize" and resize to suit (just experiment)
WARNING: Make a backup copy of your original image and save your
resized image with a different name
you can also skip step 2 by going straight to the menu entry "Image"
