Hello everyone, I've been using GIMP for the past month as an alternative to Photoshop, and it's pretty okay, though annoying at times. I've been keeping a record of the process as I get around it, my complaints and everything, but seriously it's pretty decent for digital art compared to the other free softwares out there. Path tools are pretty decent too for vector art.

And now I'm working on something a little more elaborate (for me) and keeping a record of that process too. I'll let you know how it goes (unless I'm being a bother).
If there's anybody who's using GIMP for digital art (from scratch) please, please let me know, I'll be eager to interact with them and share information.

regards,

rdaniel
