What type system do you have?
 Are you ms windows, linux, mac os, etc... ?
Please email back first with that.  The "Exact" message you will most likely be needed as well.  Not just something close to it.

Your original post a month a go had many "its" so it was difficult for me to follow what was happening. :-)  

I could make many guesses but really need to know the system before anything;  and then may only be able to guess. :-)
