I am sorry, it looks like the content of the help package changed and I did not notice this change. This is pretty bad. We used to ship pre-built HTML files in the release tarballs. The installation instructions in the file INSTALL also still refer to this situation. So they are pretty much wrong now. Roman, is this an intentional change? Shouldn't at least INSTALL be adjusted then?
