Each filesystem needs its own separate cidev ... do you have those?  I'm
sure you're trying to mount each filesystem on a different mount point,
right?

That error message is, unfortunately, *very* generic, with no reference
to the specific problem.  Is there anything in your syslog that gives a
clue?

Also, since RedHat just released source for the Sistina
GFS/DLM/Cluster-management/etc., you might want to give that a try!
