Speaking for myself, I don't think I'm in a position to suggest what
other projects should do.
BTW, "laying low" probably is not quite accurate. Some of us have been
focused on OpenDLM, and making it work as an inter-node lock manager for
OpenGFS. See OpenGFS CVS opengfs/src/locking/modules/opendlm for latest
code, and opengfs/docs/DESIGN-opendlm for info. But, we haven't done
much with the filesystem code, per se, over the past half year.
