[ogfs-dev]Fix for false "differing configuration" with STOMITH manual
Over the weekend, I was trying to add a new node to my OpenGFS filesystem.
I use the STOMITH manual module, and when I went to add the node to the
cidev, "ogfsconf -a" kept complaining that I had changed the parameters of
the existing configuration. Knowing that this was not true, I checked with
the source and found that the function ondisk_stomith_size() was missing the
STM_MANUAL case. Adding it as an alias for STM_MEATWARE fixed the problem.
I put this fix into CVS last night.
