[ogfs-dev]It's "official" ... Change LVB size from 16 to 32



FYI ... Stan checked this in today.

We've been talking about "just doing it", and now it is done.  Good!

Background:  OpenGFS expects Lock Value Block size to be 32 bytes.  Old
VMS clusters expected it to be 16.
