If the drives are not physically shared:
I believe you can use MD below iSCSI (or HyperSCSI) to implement your
raid strategy.
If you need any LVM functionality you should be able to use either
Sistina's LVM or IBM's EVMS.
Once you have built the logical volume you want to share, you have to
use iSCSI( or HyperSCSI) to make the shared volume accessible to the
nodes.

If you are talking about shared SCSI:
That cannot currently be done in a fault-tolerant way. ie. Raid 1 and 5
are not supported.
If you can live with RAID 0, then I believe you can use EVMS 2.x to
stripe your drives together. That is not a ogfs function, so I'm not
sure.
FYI: EVMS 2 includes cluster support and is ogfs compatible.
OGFS gets layered above the EVMS logical volumes.
