Brian,

I'm pretty sure ogfs only has patches for the vanilla kernel.

Also, I assume you would lose your Redhat support if you did try to
patch their kernel with the ogfs patches.

FYI: most of ogfs is a module and therefore does not require any
patches, so if you want to try the kernel patches despite losing RH
support, you may find it is not that hard to make them work.
