There is a single global locking namespace, unless someone has done
something recently and I don't know about it.  You can use the OGFS, at
least provides some extra safety.

We had thoughts of providing a mechanism to allow separate lock
namespaces, but it never made it past the "nice to have" list.  It would
be a Good Thing to add to ODLM.  Some thought would be necessary as to
how to minimize effects on the API.
