[ogfs-dev]Suggestion: Reorganize the source tree

Hi, folks

I suggest to reorganize the whole source tree. We could combine the
common codes and architecture dependent codes into one directory --
"ogfs", and place it in the vanilla linux kernel source tree. Of course
we should own both 2.4 and 2.5 kernel tree, each of them contains the
corresponding ogfs codes. And we should maintain the third source tree
for all the utilities and docs.
For the sake of maintain source tree more easily, I also suggest move
from CVS to BK. We could create a project for OpenGFS @bkbits.net
(http://www.bitkeeper.com/Hosted.Creating.html).
I believe the reorganzing would benifit both the develop and maintain
work. And it would also make the OpenGFS more easily to be adopted by
the mainstream linux kernel.

How do you think about these suggestions ?

Thanks,
Stan
