Hi all, Stan and Fei found some audio presentations on www.linuxsymposium.org (click on "audio"). This is the Ottawa Linux Symposium site. So far, I've listened to: 2000: GFS for Linux (one of the original developers speaking) EXT3, Journaling Filesystem (sounds like it must be Steven Tweedie?) Still want to listen to: 2000: XFS for Linux Intelligent I/O for Linux 1999: Intermezzo: Distributed Filesystem Okay, they are a little old, talking about 2.2. and the "upcoming 2.4. release", but very helpful, with insight as to "why" things are the way they are. I'll need to listen again to understand everything ... lots of info. -- Ben -- Opinions are mine, not Intel's
