[ogfs-dev]FAQ & performance

I added a FAQ to the docs in cvs. It only has one question so far. I basically
just needed someplace to answer a question and none of the existing docs
seemed to fit (the question was "what are the possible mount options?" in
case you are curious).

I also added some bonnie++ runs to docs/rawperformance.txt. I ran 3 runs each
with different settings for the diralloc mount option. The results were a
little surprising. Of the 3 options (single, roundrobin, random) random was
the best in almost every test. I kind of thought rrobin might have been
better. The test were all run on s single host ogfs setup. I am going to try
the test again running multiple instances at a time. I might try to run the
tests again on the OSDL boxes when Joe gets them going again. There is also
another mount option I am going to try to run some tests with varying values
is the readahead buffer size.

As always questions/comments/flames welcome :)
