Hmm... nothing interesting in the log.
The error code of 999 suggests that some DLL may be invalid.
I would run a chkdsk on your system and then reinstall both
gaim and GTK+ - see if that helps (I haven't had any other
reports of people having that particular error message)

say....
D:\...\Gaim> Could not read reg key 'HKCU' subkey
'SOFTWARE\GTK\2.0' value: 'Path'
Error: <2> The system do not can found the specified file.
GTK+ path found: D:\...\GTK\2.0\bin
Using SetDllDirectory
Setting locale: LANG=pt_BR
this is the output...
I do not use the debug version, I install it, but do not
open anything!
thanks!

You are doing that from a cmd shell?

Yes, that is true with the debug version.
You still didn't post the debug log.

If you're using the debug version, you can redirect it to a
file: `gaim -d > log.txt`

There is no crash file because it isn't crashing.
Run `gaim -d` and post the output, please.
Are you running this from a network mount?
