Hi,

I've pushed another snapshot release of 2.10. which contains:

 * the fix of build issues on Win32
 * the fix of annoyed warnings regarding to the deprecated config paths
 * deprecate FC_GLOBAL_ADVANCE
 * examples for language-specific tests in the matching rule.

Please test. if no regressions nor any trivial fixes possibly can be
introduced in 2.10, this will be 2.10 in next few weeks.
