fontconfig-2.9.91: undefined symbols scandir lstat on MinGW

Hi,

On MinGW, when linking an application to fontconfig-2.9.91 the following 
errors occur:

<snip>/lib/libfontconfig.a(fcstat.o): In function `FcDirChecksum':
<snip>/fontconfig-2.9.91/src/fcstat.c:190: undefined reference to `scandir'
<snip>/fontconfig-2.9.91/src/fcstat.c:215: undefined reference to `lstat'

This did not happen with 2.9.0.

I haven't had a chance to dig deeper, but I was hoping that somebody 
might already know what to do about this.
