How to find/make the ./configure executable
Dear Fontconfig Representative,
I am trying to solve a build problem, I describe it at

How could I install fontconfig-2.6.0 or fontconfig-2.4.2 on my Red-Hat
RHEL5? When I look over the Internet people always say about running
./configure, which apparently I can't make.
