Why is there the following :
BuildRequires:  libguac-devel%{?_isa} = %{version}
BuildRequires:  cairo-devel%{?_isa}, freerdp-devel%{?_isa} < 1.1


srpm are not rebuildable on x86_64 if built on 32 bits. I think that's to
avoid.
( I would also place each BuildRequires on 1 line, as this permit easier patch
review ).
