AWOL maintainer, Games looking for new owner

Hi all,

As also discussed in another thread, but probably not followed by
everyone here, hence a new post on this: Hugo Cisneiros is official
AWOL, contact has been made and he would respond about his Fedora
contributer status on the list, but he hasn't.

This means that the following Games are looking for a new owner,
some packages already have volunteers who I've added in brackets:

guichan (Michael Thomas aka Wart)
netpanzer
netpanzer-data
pengupop
tuxpuck
xmoto
