License tag for Fedora Directory Server

I'm in the middle of reviewing the Fedora Directory Server package and a
question has come up regarding the License tag.  The package has "GPL
with exceptions" as the license tag, which rpmlint flags as invaild.  Is
"GPL with exceptions" acceptable as a license tag?
