I just did an update to the latest rawhide an now my terminal keyboard is screwed up. I'm using an en_US.UTF-8 locale with a de-latin1-nodeadkeys keytable. One umlaut works while others show characters that aren't part of either the english or german regular layout. Also after logging into gdm it seem gnome has lost my settings. Here I get a regular us keyboard layout but other information like my theme and gnome-terminal configuration also is gone it seems.
The culprit for the gnome problem seems to be a bug in gnome-desktop triggered by the xrandr plugin in gnome-settings-daemon. I filed a bug with the details here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=461217
Still trying to figure out the runlevel 3 terminal keyboard layout weirdness though.
