suitesparse update to 4.2.1

Hi,

I'll update suitesparse to 4.2.1 in Rawhide[1] soon. Because the new
version breaks ABI in libcholmod (new struct member out smack middle
into the struct :() we'll stay on 4.0.2 up to Fedora 20.

Here's the list of packages depending on suitesparse somehow[2] and
their (co)maintainers:

rathann freefem++ itamarjp
deji gegl nphilipp
rmattes mrpt rmattes
jdieter naev (none)
jcapik octave alexlan,fkluknav,jussilehtola,mmahut,orion,rakesh
jjames python-cvxopt (none)
davidcl scilab (none)
jspaleta scipy limb,orion,tomspur,ttomecek
mjakubicek suitesparse davidcl,deji,nphilipp,ttomecek

I plan to rebuild the dependent packages myself sometime afterwards and
don't expect problems because the source-level API doesn't seem to have
changed incompatibly. If you want to me to keep my fingers off a
specific package, give me a shout.

Nils
