https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/gscan2pdfAnd you can also try to contact user rakesh, who is already a co-maintainer accordingly to packagedb, to give you access rights as co-maintainer.
If maintainer doesn't respond to the bug or to the co-maintainership request you should follow the appropriate Guideline:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_maintainer_policy#What_to_do_if_a_maintainer_is_absentI think you already are at point 4, if you don't receive any response within a week you can ask to take over the package...

Hello, I'd like to ask for assistance getting package "gscan2pdf" updated. I reported a bug two months ago (835685) but it didn't get attention. One month ago gscan2pdf upstream was updated to 1.0.6, but fedora still uses the four months old version 1.0.4. I've built the newer 1.0.6 locally, no changes were required to the spec, and it fixes said bug for me. I'm (kengert@fedoraproject) willing to help getting the package updated, if you give me permissions. Thanks in advanced for your help. Kai
