python-requests 0.13.1

Hi,

I have built python-requests package version 0.13.1. This version removes 
support for making async requests. If you are using this feature of requests
please see https://github.com/kennethreitz/requests/issues/608

Other than that, this version will now use the system provided ca-certificates
for validating ssl certificates.
