Then someone should probably update the Wiki to reflect that.

Also, I spotted
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/advisory-board/2011-January/010287.html
in a Google search which suggests making the instance public with
private_tickets available instead of fully private. Probably worth
looking into that.
