Texas Firm Recalls Carne Guisada Due To Misbranding and Undeclared Allergen

Supreme Meat Purveyors, a San Antonio, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 22,100 pounds of Carne Guisada. The products contain soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the label. Products were distributed to restaurants in Louisiana and Texas.
