If it's checked, Stylus Color 800 prints will be highly oversaturated; gobs
of ink. In any case the "Super" box is automatically greyed out and
unchecked for printer dpi less than 1440.

Sorry, I don't know. Only Status Monitor 2 is listed for Windows 2000 on the
Epson web site for the Stylus Color 850, but as I said it doesn't recognize
the Stylus Color 800.

AFAIK there are no XP drivers for either the SC800 or SC850, but the Windows
2000 SC850 printer driver does work for the SC800 under Windows XP.
