1) Does this behavior continue with other applications?
2) Is the font involved one you have successfully used in the past under
the same circumstances? If a new font, have you tried changing to a proven
font?
3) Have you tried reinstalling the printer? If so, did you try reinitiating
the printer as if it were just coming out of the box?
