Either make or buy custom profiles, or expirement with
the four paper types to see what works best.  I find
the semi-gloss setting works well with a number of
glossy papers, including PGPP and Red River Ultra Pro.

Red River has Polar gloss (which I haven't tried in
this printer) in 13" rolls.  They also have Ultra Pro
gloss (which works beautifully) in 13x38" sheets.

They also have Premium Matte in 13" rolls. I haven't
used it with the 2000P either.
