<x-charset iso-8859-1>Rafe, Fantastik has been recommended as being better than Windex for cleaning printheads. See the Inkjetmall Piezo FAQs. Whether it's true or not, I don't know. The first (Fantastik) is designed to cut grease and oil, which is a bit irrelevant here. The second (Windex) is designed to clean glass. I'm not certain how they're different chemically, but they are rather different in my experience, in their application. I'm not surprised that Fantastik would have no effect (or ill effect) on an Epson printhead. - Turn off HTML mail features. Keep quoted material short.
