This list is an astounding resource with an amazing amount of technical
expertise and in some cases the threads get into the "rarer air"
technically. I
sometimes forget that everyone who participates (or even lurks) is not
working
commercially and does not have unlimited resources. With the assistance of
this
list, they are producing beautiful work.

Total agreement with all that you said. Most of us can stand to look from
the other side of the glass every now and then.
