Have a problem with my mom's epson 740 - it keeps printing red. I tried a grayscale image and it printed out in black with red where the grays would be. Full color images print out in shades of red with the exception of black parts, which do print black. Did nozzle checks and they came out fine. The printer driver has been reinstalled.
