Uh... Messages to this list may not have that header present in that form.
(The most common variant is a post sent to epson-inkjet-digest, rather than
to epson-inkjet.)

The safer thing to key on, for this list, is this:

	Sender: owner-epson-inkjet@leben.com

Looking at the last few thousand messages here, that header is *always*
present, in exactly that form. That's the header I use for sorting the mail.
