re[ Trouble with chip reset program The Equalizer

Nope the lights are NOT on, I successfully reset the color last week, but have been unable to get the program to allow any more status reads of the cart or to get to the point where I can reset the black cart which is at about 45%.

Sometimes the program times out, sometimes it just hangs at inquire ink status.
