My old 700 which my son was using has stopped spitting ink. Ink is drawn through the heads when a clean cycle is done, but zero ink is ejected when it is asked to print, or when a nozzle check is done. He said the amount of ink deposited reduced to zero over some time with the black giving out last. He may have been printing black ink with no colour ink in the printer. Seems like it could be power failure to the piezo elements, or do you think the heads are burned out? Any one know of a possible CHEAP fix or is this printer toast? Seems a waste as it does every thing perfectly except print. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Powell Hargrave Nanaimo B.C.
