<x-charset iso-8859-1>It is not waterproof on all matte paper.....I took a Generations print Redriver Denali Matte and dropped into a sinkful of water and the ink started floating to the surface right away. Seems like I read somewhere that it is waterproof if used with waterproof paper....?
