1200 and printing 13x44 panoramas

Yes... I set the correct paper size for my panoramas and no, I did not try
Epson support just yet.  I figured you all would be way more helpful as my
first choice in getting this problem solved.  If not then I will try their
tech support.  I am hoping someone here knows just what I am talking about
and can offer the aha! that I need.
